Search our knowledgebase for a question in your mind. You may also use our system to ask new questions that are not already in the database. If we confirm your question, it will be permanently added to the database.

 

Device Changes

If you have changed your device, the registered copy of the product you purchased from us will no longer work on your new device. To be able to register the product on your new device, please send an email to us by clicking here. In your email, please include the following information.

  1. Your registered email address
  2. The registration key(s) from your old device (if you still have them)
  3. The registration key(s) from your new device (to be obtained from the demo version of the product you are registering)

If you do not have your old key(s) as requested in item 2 above, for authentication purposes, please make sure you email us the information in the remaining items (items 1 and 3 above) from your registered email address. We will not be able to authenticate you if you use another email address to contact us.

If all the requested information is correctly provided, we will reset your registration and notify you for downloading a new copy within 24-48 hours.

We will return to you as soon as possible. Please note that tickets submitted for questions that are already answered in our knowledgebase are likely to be rejected.
