If you do not get this second email from us, first check your email account's spam folder. If you cannot find this email there either, please go ahead and try to activate your copy following the instructions at the above link. If the activation fails, please contact us immediately from this link.

Once you activate your copy, your purchase is final and is non-refundable. If we get a chargeback or a cancelled transaction by any other means, we will immediately disable your account and your copy will stop working. Therefore, please try the demo version available at our website before purchasing your copy.

If for any reason, you need to cancel your purchase, please contact us instead of opening a PayPal dispute. This will save both you and us significant amount of time.
